Course Description
This 3-Day Inclusive Leadership Workshop encourages self-reflection, creates awareness and an understanding of the impact of diversity, inclusion and equality in a 21st century world. This class is charged with facts and values of diversity that will create paradigm shifts and help to develop strategies that will lead to greater organizational effectiveness. They learn the importance of working together (interdependence), begin practicing it, and break-through personal barriers to success.
