The “Why” Behind Diversity, Equality & Inclusion

Diversity in the workplace provides major benefits to any organization. Diversity refers to various factors including, but not limited to: gender, age, race, cultural background, religion and education. The greater the mix of people in your organization, the broader the range of skills, experiences, perspectives and ideas you and your team can draw on.
